That evening, Vlad was having a hard time sleeping. Anya was heading to bed, when Pooka digs into Dimitri's bag, and a jeweled box rolls out. Vlad makes a comment on it being a nice jewelery box, but Anya wonders if that's really what it is. Is it possible that it's something that has to do with a secret? Vladimir says that anything's possible, because Anya taught Dimitri how to waltz.They eventually fall asleep.

Rasputin stares into his relequary and sends some minions to visit Anya. They fly aroun but in her dream, she is walking over to a pool where her three sisters and father are swimming. While Anya winds her way up to the deck, Pooka notices Anya is missing and wakes Dimitri. Anya dreams that her father is beckoning her to jump in, while Dimitri runs after her and sees her about to jump over the side of the ship into the stormy waters! Anya takes a step, but her father then turns into an evil being, and a minion grabs her from behind. She tries to fight it, but then wakes up and finds that it is Dimitri. She cries about the Romanov curse, and a confused Dimitri hugs her and tells her that it was only a nightmare.

Rasputin is running out of ideas for his reliquary. He calms down, and his head sinks down into his body. Bartok peeks in, and Resputin explains that if he wants to kill Anastasia, he'll just have to do it himself by going topside.

Meanwhile, at a house in Paris, a girl was being interviewed by Sophie and the Dowanger Empress Marie. She was answering the questions right, but Marie knew that is was not her Anastasia. The girl left, and Marie decided that she had had enough, and was not going to see anymore girls who were claiming to be Anastasia.

Just a few minutes later, Anya and her friends arrive at Marie's house. When Sophie sees that it is Vladimir, she hurries them all into the drawing room. Anya's a bit nervous, but one the interview begins, Anya has no trouble answering all of the questions. Sophie's last question, though, is one that they had not planned for ~ How did Anastasia escape from the palace? She wonders a moment, and says that a boy opened a wall, but then dismisses the idea. Dimitri listens, though. How could Anya know that? Anya must be the Real Anastasia!
